Walt Disney World in Florida is one of the most amazing and magical places in the world, twenty-four previous visits to the magical parks certainly do back this up. If done correctly, it is the trip of a lifetime; if not, you can quickly get overwhelmed, stressed out and not enjoy your time there to the fullest. Fear not then, dear reader! Sparkie Mark is here to help.
Not to blow my own trumpet, but I have a lot of experience with Walt Disney World, and that was the whole reason this blog was created, to help. I want to help you avoid the pitfalls, the missteps and sheer mistakes we have made over the years. So, this blog series has come about; helping you plan your next WDW (Walt Disney World) holiday along with me as I book my 2019 trip for myself, family and my best friends in the whole world. Talk about pressure, right?

Our first sight each trip.
Over the next few weeks I’ll be releasing blog posts that will cover the following topics:
- Doing Your Homework
- Why We Book Direct
- Choosing Your Hotel
- Getting the Dining Plan
- Booking Ahead – Dining Reservations
- Booking Ahead – Fast Pass Plus
- On-Site Transportation
- Booking Your Flight
- Getting Your ESTA
- Do I Need a Car?
- Packing Your Park Bag
- Planning a Park Day
- Being a Good Guest
- Tipping – An American Tradition
- Getting Off Site
- Other Things to Do in Orlando
- Other Things to Do in Florida

Don’t you just love the feeling of jetting off somewhere?
Quite an extensive list, right? Don’t panic! Over the next few weeks, I will have all of these broken down for you, what you need to know when you need to do things and most importantly, how to keep costs down! There are a few hidden tips and tricks I can share, like reducing the cost of a flight with your Tesco Clubcard!
As the series goes on, please feel free to comment with any questions, and I’ll go a big Q&A post at the end. I’m also looking to do smaller blog posts off of this, such as clothing options for guys (since there aren’t that many posts and people out there that do that) and how to adult at Disney! I’m really looking forward to this series and hope you all get something out of it.

No one poses for a fountain like Gaston!
